Creative summer

It has been such a creative, experimental and busy summer so far. So many inspirations came and there is still so much to learn.

I hope you are having nice, sunny and happy summer too!

Sunflowers and mobiles

Hey beautiful and gorgeous souls, I hope you are well and having a nice and creative summer (on the North hemisphere). I realized recently that one of the most effective ways to lift myself up is to focus on gratitude.
My gratitude:
walking bare feet,
the smell of the air in the evening,
a full moon,
sunflowers,
watching Scott making strawberry jam, bramble jam and listening to Bob Marley's music at midnight,
visual energy and healing powers of nature,
summer, summer, summer.

I created and participated in the group nature art workshop at New Earth Works in Edinburgh. It was so nice to share an energy of creating with other people and take created pieces home. I used materials which I found at the NW of Scotland, map and biodegradable string. I truly believe and agree with Noa from Dancing Seeds Mobiles who says that 'integrating a piece of nature into your home melts the boundaries between inside and out, creating a magical, tranquil atmosphere.'
Big thanks to Claire and Richard from Kinloch for inspirations, hospitality and kindness!

I painted 'Hear me' at the beginning of the year. 'Hear me' is no longer with me and I decided to paint it again. I enjoy it so much that I made 2 pieces. They share the same story and message but are unique and different at the same time.
